The multidisciplinary team at Holy Family Hospital works closely with each other and with patients, educating and helping them decide which surgical weight loss option is best for them. Nicole Pecquex, MD, Director of Steward Center for Weight Control, Bariatric Surgeon

Nicole Pecquex, MD

Nicole Pecquex, MD, is a board-certified surgeon and the director of Steward Center for Weight Control. She has completed an advanced laparoscopic fellowship training and has surpassed more than 1,000 surgeries, which include laparoscopic gastric bypass and vertical sleeve gastrectomy combined. Dr. Pecquex has been a member of St. Elizabeth's surgical staff since 2004.

 

 

 

 

Nancy Maddox, MBA, RDN, LDN, Registered Dietitian

Nancy Maddox HFH

Nancy Maddox received her bachelor’s degree in nutritional science from the University of New Hampshire and completed her dietetic internship at Massachusetts General Hospital. She has a certificate in adult weight management from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She has spent the majority of her career working with people to help them manage their weight. She is passionate about educating and supporting patients to help them achieve long term weight management.

 

 

 

 

Megan Goulard, MSN, FNP-C, Clinical Nurse Practitioner

Megan Goulard, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center. She completed her baccalaureate degree in health sciences and master's degree in family practice nursing at Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts. Goulard developed a keen passion and interest in working with weight loss surgery patients during an internship at Brigham and Women's Hospital. She is dedicated to helping her patients achieve long-term success and is committed to providing individualized patient care.
