Holy Family Hospital Offers In-Home Emergency Medical Alert Service

 
With the touch of a button, help can be immediately dispatched for any type of emergency thanks to Holy Family Hospital’s in-home medical alert program called Valley Medical Response.
 
The service can be used for any type of medical emergency, as well as falls, and threatening situations such as a fire, a gas leak or an intruder. 
 
Valley Medical Response provides constant contact with trained medical personnel 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It is available to all patients of Holy Family Hospital’s two full-service campuses in Methuen and Haverhill, as well as all citizens of the Merrimack Valley and southern New Hampshire.
 
“Holy Family Hospital has always been dedicated providing high quality care to keep patients healthy and safe. Valley Medical Response helps us reach outside of our hospital walls, and into the community to keep residents safer- even in their own homes,” says Holy Family Hospital President Joseph Roach. “We are proud to offer this valuable service to the community.”
 
The cost of $31.00 per month includes equipment, installation and maintenance. There are no contracts, deposits or hidden fees.
 
Once a customer signs on, the monthly cost will not increase; if there is an increase in equipment cost, existing subscribers are not subject to a price increase.
